As we are all aware the club following Swim England Government advice suspended training until further notice.
We appreciate that the current situation could have a financial impact on all of us, and ask all parents and members to suspend their monthly payment for April and May.
For those who have paid annually there will be a rebate based on 2/12th of the annual fee. Payments will need to commence again in June unless the suspension continues.The ASA membership cost still does need to be paid for 2020 , however if there is a rebate from the ASA then this will be passed onto the members.

We hope all our members and their families are well.
We informed you of the facility to cancel your standing orders for April and May.
Money from any continued payments will be used for ongoing club development; thank you.
We need those who have not yet paid their annual membership (£25) to do so if possible. This insurance payment goes to Swim England on behalf of individual swimmers. It covers them for training sessions and club galas. It also covers swimmers for the virtual/online land training that we are currently working on.
The payment was due to Swim England on 28th Feb and has been paid by the club in good faith.
If you are experiencing difficulties in making this payment please contact the Chair (Catherine Robinson) through a DM on her Face book page or on 07986870086.
This information will be kept in the strictest confidence (all hardship claims are dealt with solely by the executive committee (currently Chair and Treasurer).
